One of our amazing Athletes from ATCF, the lovely Rhi! She’s a fiercely determined, highly motivated with a heart of gold who loves life and makes everyone around her smile and laugh!!! We love her so much and are so proud of all that’s she’s accomplished in the few short months she’s been with us and super excited for what she is yet to excel at!!  Rhi has lost almost 40 pounds and lost over 10% Body Fat in just over two months since beginning CrossFit Training and using Clean eating practices utilizing a Paleo model with Advocare supplements to ensure her good nutrition and well being.  Rhi says, “You have no idea how much happier I am since I have found this passion for CrossFit because of  Angie & Shane. It’s what I think about everyday! I am a CrossFitter and will continue to push my limits to the fullest! Jan Fisher McCall

In a little over a year Jan has lost over 50 pounds and went from a size 18/20W to a size 4 or 6.  She has had 3 major reconstructive surgeries in her shoulder, arm and ankle on her right side (two of which have been in the past year she has rehabilitated in her personal training).   She is running a 5k once a week at least and has never been a runner or ran more than a mile at one time…..until now.  Jan says, ” I have worked with Personal Trainers before but the time I have spent working with Shane and Angie has been by far the best investment of my time and effort.   At age 62 I can honestly say I am stronger than I have ever been in my life and I am doing things I never dreamed I could do.  Instead of settling for small improvements I now expect big changes in my fitness level and I am not afraid to set big goals!  They have helped me see beyond my limitations, think in terms of my potential and to continue to pushing myself far beyond anything I thought possible.  The holistic approach of dealing with mental attitude and healthy life changes, in addition to physical fitness, is what has made this experience so positive and successful for me.  This has been some of the hardest work I have ever done and it has certainly been the most rewarding!~ Jan Fisher McCall
