Angie’s Recipe of the Day: Pumpkin Gingerbread Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 heaping tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Drink after a tough workout during the holiday season!
